It’s an invitation to slow the pace of doing and rest in the quiet rhythm of your own breath. To give yourself permission to soften, to breathe, to meet yourself with compassion.

This is your space to honour what is alive in you right now: the ease and the tension, the clarity and the questions. Nothing needs to be fixed. Everything belongs.
