Hi there!

My name is Tamara. I am exploring the depths of yoga as a student and certified yoga teacher, striving for an inclusive practice that respects individual needs while inviting you to explore with curiosity. My yoga journey led me to discover the depths of Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Embodiment and Somatics. All of this is part of me today, and I feel the journey has only begun. In my classes I offer traditional alignment combined with an embodied approach, complemented by breathing and meditation practices, creating space and awareness to nourish the body and mind in a variety of ways whilst cultivating a beginner's mind.

I perceive yoga as a process that stretches beyond the mat. It is a way of being present in the very moment, and engaging with the world with an open heart and mind to create harmony, be more in tune with how we feel and how our actions affect those around us. In a broad sense the term “yoga” translates to “unity”, and with this I believe it to be a collective experience as much as it is an individual one.
